The Challenge

Global beverage production demands operational efficiency and system reliability, which are non-negotiable prerequisites. For a brewery of this scale, managing vast kilometers of piping for heat and cold-sensitive liquids requires advanced engineering, precise execution, and trusted partners.

The client - a world-renowned supplier of technology for the beverage industry - was contracted to support the expansion of a major brewery in Piedras Negras, Mexico. Their key requirement: a reliable partner capable of delivering large volumes of custom components with consistent quality and just-in-time logistics over a multi-year timeline.

AMBYX was chosen as a long-term partner for the delivery of Rohrschlitten (pipe slides) and Kälterohrschlitten (cold pipe slides) - critical components used throughout the brewery's piping infrastructure. These components are essential in maintaining the mechanical integrity of pipelines exposed to extreme temperature variations, especially in cooling and process systems.

Over the span of six years, AMBYX supplied hundreds of thousands of custom components, manufactured in a bwide range of diameters, with and without insulation. Each component was tailored to meet the strict technical and hygienic requirements of a high-performance brewing environment.
